The Happy Couple
So this morning started off with de-worming the pups. Just a quick squirt of Axlur after I cleaned out the whelping box. One or two of the pups reacted to the taste but mostly they were fine: not a blink.
Aggie didn’t get away either so once business was done I tried to get some work done.
Mid-morning I took the other woofs, Winnie, Bernard and Tia out into the garden for a good brush and clean. A bit of grooming is good attention. They love it. Still, they needed it. Bassets do have a tendency to be a bit whiffy. Anyone got any tips on how to keep them smelling clean and fresh?
Well, just wanted to post today’s picture before getting on with more translation before our afternoon hike through the forest. The rest of the gang can just about put up with not sleeping under my desk during the day whilst the pups are here, but they would go AWOL without their long walk.
